Cacao Ceremony & Rebirthing Breathwork

Join Ben Sol of Sacred Breath of Life in a heart expanding journey in ceremony with sacred cacao and rebirthing breathwork, as he guides you to go deep within yourselves to help identify and heal old self-limiting patterns and experiences in order to help move forward on your path to healing and empowerment.

Preparation*:

  • To deepen your connection, I suggest fasting at least 2 hours prior to the breathwork session

  • Do your best to avoid diary, meat and fast foods the day before, whilst avoiding drugs and alcohol 24 hours prior to the event

  • Wear comfortable clothing on the day

  • Bring water
