Preparation*:
To deepen your connection, I suggest fasting at least 2 hours prior to the breathwork session
Do your best to avoid diary, meat and fast foods the day before, whilst avoiding drugs and alcohol 24 hours prior to the event
Wear comfortable clothing on the day
Bring water
