As we gather in ceremony on an exploration of one’s own consciousness, we open our heart and mind, to expand our creative awareness and intuition.
Here in meditation we express our deepest gratitude for the plant wisdom shared, for each other, our earthly experience, for mother earth and for the infinite gifts of the universe. Space is then created to connect deeply with our inner self, accessing expansion and growth.
With mindful intention we use the breath to shift that which no longer serves, creating space within our being.
Taking our first slip of ceremonial tea we invite deepened awareness into our being, experiencing the full energy and sensations of the plant wisdom, as it moves through our vessels.
Raising our personal vibration and awakening the seeds of love that resides within our heart space.
Expansion, clarity and insights are shared in a gentle yet potent way.
